Of course! We are happy to help migrate all your users from any other platform, including their payment methods and historical data. This will enable you to seamlessly transfer your membership database from another platform, to ours.
No. We do not change anything else other than the monthly subscription fee. All onboarding, existing data migration (if any), as well as training and on-going support are included in the price.
There is no limit on emails you can send through our platform, however SMS usage is capped at 1,000 per month. You can purchase additional SMS credits if required.
