Migrations
Moving to Gymflow
We know switching gym software can seem like a painful task for owners. That's why we take the pressure off by taking the lead. You will have a dedicated migration manager who will ensure you switch without a hitch.

Setup and training
We get your account set up, complete extensive onboarding and training and get you started so you can quickly begin using Gymflow for new customers.
Data export
Time to collect your existing membership information, this is done in two parts, first, we help you download your user information from your existing gym management software. Then we work with you to request customer payment information is securely transferred from your current provider to Gymflow.
Data import
Once your payment information is transferred (this can take 2-6 weeks depending on your existing gym software provider) we will import your users and their associated payment methods into Gymflow ready for use.
Finishing touches
In the final step, we add the user's memberships and any existing credits or bookings that were already in place before the switch and presto, all finished.

Getting set up can be (but doesn't need to be) a daunting task. From setting things up and training staff, to ensuring members aren’t disrupted and have a positive experience. We are with you at each step and will make sure you not only find it easy but also get the most out of Gymflow gym management software.
Session 1: Setup
During this initial session, we will help you set up your team, build out your products and services include gym memberships, set up your schedule and integrate with your website. After this session, you will be ready to start using Gymflow basics.
Session 2: Training
Become an expert at gym membership management, billing, reporting and managing your schedule. Setup leads capture, build out your sales process and set up your first campaign.
Session 3: Integrations
Learn how to connect to integrations including Zapier or Kisi and get assistance building out custom automated workflows like email sequences, digital signature requests and more.
